Conservative?s values; are they sincere?
According to this article ? Arrested Development ? James Forman Jr. passionately tells the tale of the contradiction in the conservative values and the governments use of racial profiling. The conservative values; are in great certainty, that minorities be given no preferential treatment. As Forman writes; the conservative party?s beliefs lie on the axiom, of no preferential treatment due to race or ethnic background, and each child should be taught that at a young age, we all have equal opportunity in life. However, in order for this change of the black culture to ring true, we must eliminate racial profiling at all cost. The use of racial profiling sends the minorities, the accused and the eyewitness, the wrong message. If we expect minorities to act as equals, society should treat them as equals
