SUBJECT: CORE SALES DECLINE - LAYOFF'S
We regret to inform you that at this time, our company will be laying off employees here and globally, due to the declining decrease in our core sales.
We will start with our facility in Winchester, the customer service we will move to our High Point facility and keep only the Key accounts and International teams in this facility. We will be letting go of about 40 CSP's in this facility. They will have the opportunity to apply for an opening in the High Point facility. If they choose to take a different route, we will offer them a severance package according to their years with our company. I know this will be hard on all involved but unfortunately it is something we feel we need to do at this time. We will start the process of choosing whom in the following break down :
10/3/16 - 1 st round of employees with attendance issues
10/4/16 - 1 st round of employees with disciplinary issues
10/5/16 - 1 st round discussion of whom we feel will work better for us
10/6/16 - 2 nd round of discussions of whom we feel will work better for us
10/7/16 - final decision on whom will be let go and whom will be staying
10/8/16 - discussing severance packages
10/10/16 - 1 group of supervisors will be calling those that are being let go, one by one in an office
1 group of supervisors will be calling those that will remain in an office, one by one

We will start the process of choosing whom is to be let go and whom will be staying with the business. This will begin Monday 10/3/16, this will be a quick move process that will be completed no later than Monday 10/10/16, then we will start informing those CSP's that will no longer be with the company.
