I am 16 years of age. One of the things that interests me the most is the medical field. I like learning about treatments. Something that interests me the most is learning about different types of cancers. I always wanted to work with patients who have cancer because a lot of my family members suffered from cancer. I\'ve lost too many relatives due to cancer. I think learning about cancer can be very interesting because it has become a very widely known and a deadly disease for which a cure hasn\'t been found. I think as more and more people try to learn about cancer we can get closer to finding a cure for it.
Being an hematologist seems like a very interesting and fun job to do. Hematology is the study of blood in health and disease. A hematologist is a medical doctor who applies this specialized knowledge to treat patients with blood conditions. Hematologists are called in for cases of suspected blood disorders when the diagnosis is unclear or specialized medical care is needed. They coordinate total patient care, working where they are needed with surgeons, radiation therapists ,gynecologists or others.
The education required to be a hematologist would be a few courses of biology, Mathematics, English, Chemistry and Physics during your high school years. You also need to earn a bachelor\'s degree as part of your four year undergraduate program. After earning a bachelor\'s degree, you need to complete a four year medical school to earn a Doctor of Medicine degree or M.D. The residency consists of three years of clinical training after completing medical school. This involves Internal Medicine, Pathology or Pediatrics, and is a outrider to any hematology study. During the residency, a physician learns how to administer patient care, but basic research is usually not part of the training.

But mostly many hematologists get paid around $160,850 each year because many students decide not to take on the burden of studying for 15 years. I would like to become a hematologist because they work with cancer patients very closely . Being a hematologist seems very interesting because there are not a lot people don\'t do this job.
I think I would like to become a hematologist mainly because they work with cancer patients intensively but other than that I think I would like to learn more about this job and see if there are any possibilities for finding a solid cure to cancer. Ive always been interested in the medical field because I\'ve grown up in a family filled with diseases such as diabetes, cancer, arthritis and many more. Because of all this people, I decided to treat people. I don\'t like seeing people suffer, sometimes I can be a rude or sarcastic person but I think I can work with patients quite well. I am compassionate however, and enjoy taking care of people.
Some experiences that I\'ve had in the past are taking care of my granddad when he was suffering from Prostate Cancer. I\'ve volunteered at the Petaluma Valley Hospital to learn how a hospital works. I think the only problem i will have becoming a hematologist is mathematics. Education is an obstacle to become a hematologist but I think it\'s all worth it. Becoming a successful person in life with a nice career which can lead to many things is the most important thing I believe in life. Other than that I think money is not everything a person should care about.
